Prepositions and Phrasal VerbsThis is a featured page

One of the hardest aspects of using phrasal verbs in English is determining whether they are separable. A separable phrasal verb takes a direct object between the verb and the preposition; an inseparable one requires its object to come after the preposition.
If you need to check whether a phrasal verb is inseparable and can't come up with the answer by yourself, you can figure it out by looking it up at OWL.

Another huge resource is http://www.phrasalverbdemon.com/ which has a phrasal verb dictionary, grammar guide, quizzes and games for a range of ability levels and more.

The following extensive collection of resources and exercises is taken from www.englishpage.com
